Owner Owner, Bonnie Lane, has guided GDSI for more than a decade and is a widely recognized leader in the field of environmentally-conscious deconstruction methodologies. Under her leadership, GDSI has seen substantial growth - both in size and innovation.
President President, Casey Lane, has been in the deconstruction business for more than 35 years and leads the GDSI team's success since 2006.
Abatement Division Manager Bob is an environmental awareness and hazardous waste expert with more than 25 years of large-scale abatement experience. In 2017, he was appointed contractor liaison for the DEQ Asbestos Rulemaking Board. Bob is one of few Oregonians to maintain federal certification as an Inspector, Management Planner and Project Designer under the Asbestos Hazardous Emergency Response Act (AHERA).
Franki has been with GDSI since the initial start of our Asbestos Abatement Division in 2016. With over 6 years of experience in asbestos abatement, lead removal and mold remediation, Franki has valuable skills in project management and estimation. AHERA Contractor Certified Supervisor as well as an Asbestos Inspector and Lead RRP Renovator certification holder, Franki estimates and manages jobs from small scale residential to large scale commercial.
Soil Remediation and UST Decommissioning Expert Tony joined the GDSI team in 2019 as an expert in soil remediation and UST decommissioning. He brings more than 20 years of demolition, dismantling, and abatement experience as a former supervisor for Complete Environmental Solutions. When he’s not spending time with his two sons and granddaughter, Tony enjoys taking his wife and three dogs to the beach.
Project Manager Assistant Nicole has more than 14 years of experience in the construction industry, with specialization in project management, contract compliance and federal contracts. Around the office, she’s known as “Spike” but at home she’s known as “Mom” to two amazing kids.
